Ae66 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing the use of the ae66 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ae66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated as part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ae66 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version. ae66 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without direct prior notice to users, except for changes that materially affect user rights, which require reasonable notice.
The ae66 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have met the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the applicable laws of your place of residence.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at ae66. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. ae66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account as a result of the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the ae66 support team immediately at [email protected]. ae66 reserves the right to suspend an account for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is identified.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Ae66 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful and responsible purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised means to access or manipulate the ae66 platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party without ae66's authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, circumvention, or manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
- Abusing platform promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stated promotional terms.
Ae66 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending access, freezing balances, or terminating accounts of users who violate any of the above rules. ae66's decisions in such matters are final.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the ae66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ae66 does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is valid and belongs to them.
Deposit
Deposits into your ae66 account are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow and local Malaysian online banking. ae66 does not permanently store users' banking information, and all transactions are processed through secure payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed upon completion of account identity verification. ae66 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method. ae66 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Unauthorised Transactions
Ae66 reserves the right to cancel or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of applicable law. If a transaction is cancelled, the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to investigation.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Ae66 and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. ae66's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty days preceding the claim.
The ae66 platform is provided "as is" and ae66 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will always be available, error-free, or suited to any specific user requirements. Service interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons beyond ae66's control will not be considered a breach of these terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ae66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, law enforcement requests, or business decisions. If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a user's breach, ae66 will return any remaining balance after deducting any outstanding debts or related liabilities.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ae66 platform are the exclusive property of ae66 or the respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ae66. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The ae66 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ae66 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments & Applicable Law
Ae66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the latest version. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, the use of the ae66 platform, or any transactions conducted through the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
